Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
Possess a valid PayPal account or New Zealand bank account for receiving commissions

Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Compensation for Referred Traffic
Affiliates earn commissions for qualified referrals that convert into paying Adster clients. Here is how compensation works:
A commission becomes eligible for payout once the referred client has made two full months of rental payments (the "qualifying threshold")
Commission rates:
1-Page Website Lease: NZ$5/month
6-Page Website Lease: NZ$10/month
15-Page Website Lease: NZ$15/month
All commissions are on a per-month basis as long as the lease remains active with the client.
Payments are made via PayPal within 7 business days after the clients' monthly payment is received.
Commissions are tracked using unique referral links or embedded forms. If a client does not use your link or form, no commission can be attributed retroactively.
6. Fulfilment and Customer Ownership
All services to the referred clients will be fulfilled directly by Adster.co.nz. Affiliates are not responsible for product delivery, support, or client management.
Once a referred client signs up and engages in a paid Rent-a-Web lease, they become a direct customer of Adster.
The Affiliate does not retain any ownership or ongoing involvement in the client’s project or website.
Affiliates are not allowed to represent themselves as service providers, developers, or support contacts for the Rent-a-Web platform unless specifically authorized in writing.
Affiliates are encouraged to maintain ethical boundaries and avoid offering third-party services to referred clients that might interfere with Adster’s onboarding process.
7. License and Brand Use Rights
Adster grants approved Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use its name, logos, banners, and promotional content upon request strictly for the purpose of promoting the Rent-a-Web service.
